614 new coronavirus infections have been confirmed in Finland, according to the latest statistics released by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) on Thursday.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 52,209 Covid-19 infections have been confirmed in Finland.

In the past 24 hours, most new cases were found in the following cities:

205 in Helsinki, 87 in Vantaa and 56 in Espoo.

In addition, new infections were confirmed in the cities and municipalities below:
