To give this some context.. this diet is supposed to treat autoimmune conditions. I found a doctor that’s healed her own disease by being on a raw vegan diet (16 years and counting), which she advocates for others. You eat a minimum of 2lbs of high nutrient vegetables a day (cruciferous, dark leafy greens), 1/4 cup vegan Omega-3’s, and drink water. Everything else is off plan (including fruit). All that said, how sustainable is this diet long term? What would you need to supplement? And if someone were to take the necessary supplements, would the body get everything it needs?
