Since going gluten-free, I’ve really missed fried foods. Not that I ate a lot of fried foods before, but every once and a while it’s super comforting and satisfying. Fried chicken sandwiches have really become a thing in the past years – pretty much any American restaurant or gastropub has some version of it. And I’ve missed it. I was super happy when eating this gluten-free fried chicken sandwich – it’s savory, sweet, sour, and spicy! Flavor party in my mouth.
